Here are some common questions about Art Kingdom Imaging.
PRODUCT
The size I wanted is not listed; do you offer custom sizes?
Yes, because there is no single wall that is the same. Please send us an email with your preferred size requirements to info@artkindomimaging.com and we’ll deal with it speedily!
Can I split my image into multiple canvases?
Certainly! Please refer to the options that are listed on our Sizes & Prices page.
What image file size is required to make the best possible printing?
This depends on the size of the print. As a general rule, the larger the file size the better the quality. A file size of 3MB or greater is enough for us to work with. We recommend the image resolution to be at least 150dpi.  Don’t worry, when we receive your images, we will advise you accordingly if we foresee any quality issue might occur.
What file formats do you accept?
We currently accept JPEG(.JPG) and PNG. If you have other formats in particular, please contact us at info@artkingdomimaging.com.
Can I send photos taken using my camera phone?
Not all photos taken using camera phone is suitable. Certain models do take a sharp picture. As long as the photo is sharp enough with the optimal image file size, it will be alright to send them to us for review. Not to worry, our professional designer will contact you to advice if there is any issue with the photo quality might occur.
How do you assure the quality of your canvas prints?
We take pride in our products. Each product is carefully handmade and packaged so that you would have wonderful purchasing experience. We only choose the best quality printing media, UV resistant colour inks and packaging to ensure the highest standard of the finish product. Our prints colour will last over a lifetime in an indoor environment. For more details, please refer to the Why Us page in our website.
What if my photos have a copyright on them?
We are not permitted to reproduce copyrighted material. It is client’s responsible to make sure that the submitted image is not violating any copyrights.
My product sustained damaged upon arrival. What do I do?

While we make every effort to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition, sometimes things do happen beyond our control. If such things happen, please keep all the packaging materials and take several pictures of the damage products, then notify us within 5 days from the date of parcel recieved.  We will ship out a reprint for you. If you insist for a refund, please do let us know. Please note that the damaged products must be return to us.

I'm not satisfied with the Art Kingdom Imaging product I received?

We make every effort to ensure we give our customer 100% product satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, then notify us at  within 14 days from the date of parcel received. We will work with you on a resolution for your issue. Products must be returned as set out in their original condition and with all packaging intact. We will either reprint or refund the money back to you once we received the return product. Client will bear the return shipping cost.

Does my artwork come ready to hang?
Yes! All our products come ready to hang.
COLOR MATCHING
Will the colors shown on my monitor be exactly the same in the image prints?

We cannot guarantee the color to be exactly the same matching your monitor. Because we sell our services and products through E-commerce online, each user view the image through their respective monitor. Each monitor can be configured or even calibrated both by hardware and software to display different color. Given the same image, the color may look different from one monitor to another monitor. As such, you agree that Art Kingdom Imaging could not guarantee the color on our product match exactly as you seen on your monitor. We work hard to ensure the color stay as true to the monitor screen. We even calibrated and do custom profiling on each batch of our canvas media to ensure color stay consistent using X-Rite color management solution. Our print profile is targeted to Europe ISO Coated FOGRA27  for CMYK color emulation, and sRGB IEC61966-2.1 for RGB color emulation.

ORDERING
How is the ordering process?
1) Go to “Order Now” menu and fill up the order form in details base on your request.

2) Upload your image or send your image/s to info@artkingdomimaging.com.

3) Click the submit button and we will contact you via email or phone.

4) We will send you a digital proof or preview via email within 1-2 business days.

5) Once you have approved the digital proof, then you will need to make the payment to us via PayPal or Online Bank Transfer.

 6) Once payment is accepted then we will start the production.

7) We will ship to your doorstep.

Can I see my image before you print it?
Absolutely Yes! We will definitely email you a digital proof seeking your approval before it is printed.
Can I order through phone or email?
Yes, please email or call us for your order. We will contact you for detail discussion.
Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?
Yes, please indicate your intended delivery address and contact number during the order time.
How long does it take to receive my free digital proof or preview?
Digital proof or preview is typically available within 1-2 business days.
How long does it take to receive my product or service?
From the time you approve your digital proof or preview, our normal production time for canvas prints is about 4-5 business days. Peak season during holiday season will take 7-10 business days. For photo prints and backlit film printing are about 1-2 business days only. As for shipping, it takes about 1-3 business days.

*Note: 1. Order after 6pm is counted as next day order.

            2. Business day does not include weekend and public holidays.

PAYMENT
How is the payment method?
You can pay through PayPal or Online Bank Transfer. You will receive the details for this.
Where can I download and print my invoices or receipt?
It will include together with the shipment. If you require a soft copy, do let us know.
SHIPPING
If I need my products by a certain date, what do I do?
If you need your products by a certain date, please indicate it in the order form or in the  email of your order.
What are your shipping charges?
For shipment within Peninsular Malaysia, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of RM15 per shipping address for all canvas print, photo block and zig zag photo album orders. As for photo prints and backlit film printing, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of RM10 per shipping address. It is FREE for all photo prints and backlit film orders above RM100 per shipping address but RM300 per shipping address for all canvas print, photo block and zig zag photo album orders . For East Malaysia or oversea, please contact us for a quote.
Will the delivery of my products be subjected to custom duties or taxes?
Kindly be aware that your orders may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and/or other fees incurred by the destination country. All charges must be borne by the recipient.
How do I track my shipment?
We typically use GDEX. When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number link provided and track your order online.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
After your approval on the digital proof, it is not possible to change your order details.
How do I change the shipping or billing address on my order?
